Individual and Group Therapy

Find your answers

I was in a hammock in the jungles of Guatemala when I reached to the Heavens. I was out of answers, excuses and hope….

That sounds like the start of a bad novel, but truly that is how I began my own journey of recovery. Along the way I realized that pain is optional if one makes choices to grow. Thus, my mission was born, to help others make new, healthy choices — to grow emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

If you are in a similar place because of alcohol, drugs, depression, anxiety, poor relationships, grief, work, and/or personal conflict, then you are in the right place because those are my specialties. So, Welcome! Let’s get to work.

I received my graduate degree in 1978 in Counseling, Addiction Specialty. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in North and South Carolina, as well as a Licensed Addiction Counselor. Over the years I have worked in hospitals, residential programs, outpatient programs, and even started an Employee Assistance Program.

Today my private practice is via telehealth, which many have found not only convenient but surprisingly warm. I am now a published author on Amazon, Family Recovery Made Simple. Check it out!

I hope your takeaway is you have just found a clinician who is ready to help you start, continue, or even find your journey.
